§ 3.02. The Town Commission, Meetings.

  • The legislative power of the municipality shall be exercised by the Commission herein provided for, and said Commission shall be clothed with all powers and duties provided by the Statutes of the State of Florida for Town Commissions and Town Councils. The Town Commission shall meet at such regular times as may be prescribed by Ordinance or Resolution. Special meetings of said Commission may be called by the Mayor or any Commissioner. In no case shall a special meeting be called without a minimum of 24 hours notice to each member of the Commission, unless in a bona fide public emergency.
