§ 3.07. General Rules for Elected and Appointed Officers/Employees.

Not more than one (1) member of any family (spouse, child, mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew) shall serve in any compensated position for the Town simultaneously.

No former elected Town Officer shall hold any compensated employment position within the Town government until one year after the expiration of the term for which the Officer was elected.
