§ 26-314. Findings.

(a)

F.S. § 163.3202 requires that local governments adopt land development regulations within one year after submission of their revised comprehensive plans.

(b)

Local land development regulations shall contain specific and detailed provisions necessary or desirable to implement the adopted comprehensive plan.

(c)

The town commission wishes to maintain the level of service of local roads within the town limits.

(d)

The town commission held public hearings on May 8, 1991, and June 5, 1991, and accepted public comment and revisions and found the ordinance codified in this article to be consistent with and further the intent of the Beverly Beach Comprehensive Plan 2000.
