§ 2-84. Notice of proposed enactment.

  • (a)

    The notice of proposed enactment shall state:

    (1)

    The date, time, and place of the meeting;

    (2)

    The title of proposed ordinances; and

    (3)

    That the proposed ordinances may be inspected by the public at the town clerk's office.

    (b)

    The notice shall also advise that interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
