§ 2-154. Code enforcement board designated; counsel.

(a)

The town commission shall function as the code enforcement board for the town.

(b)

The town attorney shall be counsel to the code enforcement board. The town commission may appoint separate counsel to present causes and prosecute alleged code violations before the board.
