§ 42-32. New classification.

Definition of categories and titles within classifications may be as provided for by the procedures of the town. The classification and the tax to be levied shall be as provided for in the attachment to this article. The town may modify and/or create new classifications by resolution when needed as long as the rate does not exceed the rate provided for unclassified categories. Rates may only be increased as provided by F.S. ch. 205.
