§ 46-31. Parking on public right-of-way.

  • (a)

    Prohibited; exceptions. Except in the case of emergencies as defined in state law, or as defined in section 46-32(g), the parking of all vehicles, including private passenger or recreational vehicles, in the paved rights-of-way of all town streets is prohibited.

    (b)

    Penalty. Any person who directly or indirectly violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a nonmoving violation and, in accordance with F.S. § 316.1967, shall be subject to a fine of $50.00 for the first offense, $200.00 for the second offense, and $450.00 for the third or subsequent offenses.
