§ 1.03. Corporate Existence; Form of Government; Charter.

The Town of Beverly Beach in Flagler County, Florida, which was created by a special act of the Florida Legislature that became law on June 12, 1959, shall continue as a municipal corporation with a Commission-Mayor form of government as provided herein and with this document as the Charter for the Town. The Town shall have perpetual existence and perpetual succession.
